Remittance of EB / METROWATER / TELEPHONE bills , Other Govt. Levies on time. Collection of Advance and Monthly Rent as per the owners recommendations and proper account will be maintained and the collected amount will be remitted to the owners account. Recommend Doctors from our reliable circle who will guide their relatives for out patient diagnosis. With no preconditions on further proceedings of the patients choice.

Any maintenance and repair work will be carried out with proper estimation and clearance form the owner.
Regular reports on the above will be sent to the owner through email. And also we will maintain the support through on line member registration

2) Classic Members – Paid members who get online services 

3) Regular visiting Members – Will see general announcements and advertisements.

Classified section only for NRI buying and selling real estate, flats, house, cars, house hold articles etc under classified buying selling section.

The additional services we provide at a nominal service charge are:

Any tourism related services in Tamil Nadu either for them or their family, we will arrange necessary travel and accommodation facilities through reliable organizations / tour promoters.

Arrange necessary transportation arrangements when they visit India.
Represent the owner for their relatives and family functions with gifts if required, based on their advice and budget. 

Other Services like consultancy for investment in INDIA “INSURANCE COVERAGE” for their family, consultancy for tie up with growing industries in the engineering field or IT field. Consultancy necessary survey can be done for NRI to start any new business.
